Does it make any sense that Joe happened to be stabbing the wife at that moment? Not to me. I believe ALL the violence was initiated by the husband. I think this guy stabbed his own wife after he shot Joe. With their four year-old downstairs, by the way.
Not only because I know Joe. Of course that matters a lot to me. But also because first 911 call came in around 8 AM: a hangup.
The next 911 call came in 13 minutes later. Who waits 13 minutes when your wife is dying? Nobody, that's who.
I think maybe the au pair called 911
when she heard gunshots upstairs. (It was her cell phone so the authorities could not trace the call.) Then the husband got to her and he hung up the phone right away. He arranged the scene how he wanted it to look. Husband and babysitter got on the same page. When that was all set? They called again.
I hope the cops are paying attention to this, and not just closing the case and letting the dead bury the dead. Because Joe didn't do this. And he deserves justice, as does the woman involved.[/quote]
