He could try but all the evidence adds up to murder. The prior fights, the fraudulent use of her bank card after death, and strangulation . . . You have to look in your victim’s eyes when you do that, it is yeast and you can gauge how far you are from killing them.[/quote]

That’s not true at all. If you break the windpipe from an aggressive grab to the neck, a second long bad decision could lead to death. Now, you can almost get that person help in time to save them...but then ya gotta admit you messed up and grabbed them like that... someone who realizes this could very likely panic and run away leaving the person to die an excruciatingly slow and painful death alone. I hope more than anything that is not what happened, but you can see how that is possible[/quote]
