They are essentially the same thing and unless you’re speaking directly to someone who has gone through it, it’s awkward and unnecessary to talk about your sperm and your wife’s uterus in detail.  If you don’t understand how people sometimes simplify matters when they speak, you must not talk to people ever.  And you must bore people with minutiae when you tell a story. For all intents and purposes, including the connection to abortion laws, it is the same. [/quote]
