I'm just telling you how you come off to both outsiders and potential coaches, parents etc that might be interested in your club. Feel free to name names and air your dirty laundry, but understand that the image you put out is not at all positive.

Then why do you continue to fork over money to the club yourself? Just leave if it is that dysfunctional. And from my perspective, based on these threads, personally I wouldn't want to come to the club because I wouldn't want to stand next to any of the parents on the sideline if this thread is any indication of how your club parents act. I'm not saying they don't have a right to air their grievances. I'm not even telling them to shut up. I'm saying that they [i]might[/i] want to shut up, that they come off sounding self indulgent, overinvolved, gossiping, and vindictive. By all means POST AWAY! For all the good it will do them/you or the club. [/quote]
