Thanks![/quote] I'm the first PP. I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It's definitely not for everyone--close contact with sweaty, usually smelly guys (and ladies) puts a lot of people off the sport, as does the fact that it's a really difficult sport. But, it's ridiculously good cardio and sparring against a resisting partner will tone your core and just about everything else like few other sports. [/quote]
