Look at her bust and upper back: there's some extra material here. Most alarming is that dress was custom made for her/couture -- it was tailor-made to fit her measurements perhaps as recently as three weeks prior to wear. Likely that dress fit differently and was even tighter on her back and chest...but she lost even more weight in the intervening weeks. Her weight loss and that of most anorexics is most obvious in the chest and back, too. [/quote]
