But don’t let facts get in the way! And yes sure, I am unsurprised that 94% of staff want to get rid of an exec director who makes staff accountable. Anyone would prefer to have a supervisor who turns a blind eye. However the one point I am still confused about is what is endangering IB for all? I truly don’t understand what that means. What actions are the board and the director taking that is endangering the IB for all? [/quote]
