[/quote] I honestly feel bad for him- he hasn’t even walked in the door yet, and as one of his groups, after 20+ years of working only with collegiate athletes, he’s going to have to coach a group of 11-14 year olds who are going to be entirely comprised of kids who are currently swimming for both Jeremy and Phil (since some of them are already in transition from B1 to S2). Very tough assignment. The blame here is mostly on the main office, who really should have figured out a better solution if they really wanted to bring him in. And I am pretty sure that only one coach at GP had any input. [/quote]
