Facts and reality of what already passed in Congress shows that ICE and CBP already were given massive amounts of money.  That means that Republicans are big fat fearmongering liars. And if they don't have that money then that means they are lying thieves.

So why are Republicans claiming ICE and CBP aren't funded and it's the Dems fault?
