The problem is that if it had been as severe as it could have been, it would have been very dangerous, so school districts and OPM played it safe. If it had just been MCPS, I'd be annoyed. But OPM very, very rarely sends people home in the middle of the day, so for once I don't fault our decisions makers.[/quote]
