OK so keep working backward— Tuesday before Thanksgiving, President’s Day, Dec 22-23, there are plenty of days off which can be put to that use. Perhaps give principals some discretion to ask their teams whether they'd rather plan on Diwali or Friday after Thanksgiving… [/quote]
