If the universities need money then stop waiving tuition for illegals, stop giving in-state tuition to illegals, and stop providing the Virginia tuition assistance grant to illegals.  The choice Democrats made was to stick it to disabled veterans instead of curtailing benefits to illegals.  [/quote]

So you are just a troll with talking points. It 100% was about the money, the program ran out in a few short years. Can't give you (free tuition) what we don't have (the money).
