The CEO needs new customers. The boomers who are his current base are literally dying off, helped along by his food.

Chains with an identifiable person are like KFC and Wendy, which are their founders and almost cartoons.

I am aware of that from the news, but until the brouhaha, I doubt it was widely known. It’s not like you see any crackers of the saltine variety in the illustration![/quote]
