High net worth clients are busy and she would meet at their offices.

Its NYC - busy busy Wall Street guy is not coming to midtown office to sign papers (now all done digitally anyway) to discuss what they want (also done via the phone; in their offices in between meetings or on zoom).

Or at a restaurant. The money she spent on the office would be better spent taking clients out to lunch or having a personal driver. She likely does need an office and some staff to handle the paperwork side, but it could be much smaller and doesn't need to look cool or impressive.

TBH, that office would not actually look impressive to any of the clients at her level anyway. It absolutely looked like a We Work. [/quote]
