I have been a Chief Operating Officer for 5 organizations, the largest having more than 3000 people. I have hired a lot of diverse candidates. I have NEVER hired a less qualified diverse candidate. It doesn't happen in the real world. As a matter of fact, because we advertise and look everywhere, we get better candidates.

Hegseth is LITERALLY the poster boy of white male DEI. Not only is he objectively unqualified due to his work history, his supporters have excused his documented history of multiple infidelities, sexual assault, inappropriate workplace behavior, financial mismanagement, and drinking problem. Imagine, just for one second, what the reaction of MAGA would be if the Dems put forth such a candidate. [/quote]
