I think we have a former military turned radical problem. According to this article, they are radicalizing at a faster rate than the general population.

There’s no evidence he joined anything or was part of any organization. More likely he’s an angry failure who fantasized about doing a crazy destructive act and chose ISIS as his cover story. He killed random partiers on Bourbon Street, not political or religious or symbolic targets. [/quote]

ISIS doesn’t need you to formally join them and routinely target civilians so not sure what you are getting at here. It doesn’t make it any less dangerous. [/quote]
