Most kids of these parents in childcare pre-covid should be out of childcare by now (that's 5 yrs ago). Some of them must have put their kids in childcare the first time after covid. How did they do it?[/quote] The jobs listed can be shift workers, so some might trade off childcare with a spouse or other family members. And yes, some just use regular childcare.[/quote]
