He said diet and exercise instead of medicine like Ozempic for diabetes. I haven't heard anything specific about Adderall.

He has some good ideas, like getting rid of processed food, but based on what he has said over the years, he selects what science and data to focus on. Almost everything has a side effect, but for the majority, those side effects don't outweigh the benefit.

If he hand picks the data and doesn't allow scientists to show the entire picture, that will be a problem. Medicines that are proven to work may be limited while alternative medicine with little evidence of working may be promoted. It's concerning because it doesn't take much to spread misinformation. Look at what happened with the flawed report that said the MMR vaccine caused autism. Not true, but many believed and skipped that vaccine.

I'm someone who uses alternative medicine along with Western medicine. I just hope we continue to get all the data and facts so we can make the best decisions.[/quote]
