It was systematic - they purged folks with the same name as recent immigrants. The SC basically just told Youngkin and anyone else who wants to purge the voter rolls that they do not have to follow the plain-letter federal law. [/quote] We will see what the court decides but I disagree given the specificities that Va was on keying in on - self identification and lack of follow up.[/quote]
