I do think the fact that Trump apparently didn’t know what contraception means is a significant point.  Charlie Dent was on CNN and this was his take — Trump just doesn’t understand the word and the different between both control and medical abortion.  Which is scary and sad.  [/quote]

This is just a scare tactic by the Dems. There of course are fringe extremists who want to ban birth control but most Republicans do not. Just like there are some Democrats who really want to abolish ICE and the police but most do not. [/quote]

Because there are a significant number of Republican women who have such deeply internalized misogyny that they’re not thinking straight on many of these issues and because there are a number of occasional Republican women who refuse to let themselves understand what the GOP is doing. [/quote]
