How is he going to have 50/50 custody when he films on location for months at a time?
He is leaving the show. It has finished filming I believe. He may make different career choices about what porjects and filing schedules he agrees to in contracts once a single parent. They also have household support and a team of people the kids have grown up with. Kids are now teens so not as dependent as they once were.
Ha, no, he is filming right now. “Horizon: An American Saga is an upcoming American epic Western film co-written, produced, directed by and starring Kevin Costner.” “ A high-profile film project is underway in Moab right now: Director Kevin Costner is using Southeast Utah for much of the filming of his multipart Western epic, Horizon: An American Saga”
Yep. And its intended to be 4 seperate movies. He has no time to be a half-time father. I would still love to know the full details of the prenup, which we probably never will. Based on what has been shared so far, she was completely mental to agree to wha she agreed to. I'm a middle class DC SAHM and if my husband left tomorrow (after 19 years), I'd have more assets than this woman. Insanity. Its also unclear, given the prenup, why she didn't just maintain the status quo and let him keep footing the bill. Its not like they saw each other that much anyway. According to his lawyer's first statement, he did not want this. The statement reads, in part, "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action."
