I'm in my 50s, not 40s, so perhaps this thread is not for me, but here's where I am: My feet hurt and my waistline is disappearing. Fabulous shoes are no longer for me. Clothing styles I've relied on for years no longer look good on me. Truthfully, though I am reasonably slim and fit, I'm not sure very much looks "good" on me any more. So generally I am aiming for "good enough." I want to be comfortable, and I want to spend whatever time I have left on this earth actually LIVING life, rather than shopping, dressing, and primping for it.[/quote]
