My only embarrassment is my ignorance of joining this toxic profession and wasting so much money on ideals in the first place.

Don't you feel embarrassed for supporting an environment where teachers are oppressed for trying g and the only way to get ahead is to follow the corruption that leads to degredation of in the profession.

For the record I was non renewed, not fired, for not artificially making up data ie  non reporting violence and behavior incidents and inflating grades.  I feel proud not embarrassed that I fought the good fight and didn't go with the tide of make youe principal happy
