Some of the policies are not very savvy from a business or economic perspective or as far as how the pandemic was addressed with public schools being closed for two years and the uptick in crime, the unhoused (with no solution to homelessness and housing insecurity). My DH isn't really into politics though. He is smart, well read and studies the candidates and issues. But unlike most people in DC, including me, he has never worked for a political party, a partisan office, a candidate or campaign. [/quote]
