Yes, I think he sued her over that first, go back a few pages/months in this thread. They were supposed to have right of first refusal so if one of them wanted to sell, the other one would have first dibs. Instead she went behind his back and sold to the Stoli guy subjecting their wine to worldwide boycotts. She can GF her broke desperate self.[/quote]
