Manslaughter.  In any case, it's MAGA morality in action. The guy's face went through Ravnsborg's windshield, depositing his glasses in Ravnsborg's vehicle, but, when confronted, he stuck with his "yer darn tootin', you betcha, gee willikers, I thought I musta hit a doggone ol' deer" heartland schtick and it worked.

Also, the Sherriff who responded on the scene to help Ravensborg on the night of the crash is DEAD.
