I saw this recent tweet by MCPS and it caused me to think, what’s the budget for out of state trips like this and is it a good use of tax dollars? https://mobile.twitter.com/MCPS/status/1508451739732783112?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet
New information on trip. McKnight went to SC State to get an award. She did not go to recruit.
Source?? Surely she went to recruit and get an award if that's the case. Even if she only got the award, I'm fine with that, too. Not the end of the world.
If she went to get an award she should pay for the trip.
There has been no evidence that this wasn't a legit business trip just innuendo by someone who seems unhinged.
"The SC State College of Education, Humanities & Social Sciences presented McKnight with a plaque acknowledging the pride that the school takes in her recent appointment. The Beta Sigma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. also provided special recognition" https://myemail.constantcontact.com/SC-State-welcomes-alumna-named-to-lead-160-000-student-school-district.html?soid=1120691165267&aid=vKhjU4YSXGA
Thanks for sharing the link! I'm glad to read more about how the visit went. And of course it's a legit business trip.
That doesn't tell us anything well aside from the fact the poster is a stalker.
Or that when people lie, they should be caught? Posting facts is exactly that. If you have your own facts, contribute. If not, well, you seem to be arguing a moot point. If MCPS leadership didn't do anything wrong and isn't corrupt, why do they care what's posted if it's true? Everything they do they should be proud of. But if they hide information (like changing the covid metrics and reporting standards in January and February, then cutting off daily reporting completely March 1st, or spending covid money on non-covid projects), eventually they will be caught. One of two things happen, either they get smart and stop doing bad behavior, or they don't. As we've seen these past few months, I think the latter is true. This is why I believe all current board members need to be voted out of office. But feel free to throw out all the labels you want to - it effectively proves the point made. You have nothing in defense, and it shows.
Give it a rest. Find more productive things to do with your time. such as taking a walk.
