Virginia did not do what those Democratic governors did.  They ended statewide mandates but allowed local district to make their own rules.  Virginia has banned local discretion making it like FL and TX.[/quote]

I wonder if there is any difference between FL and Texas, versus NoVa ?  NoVa will never end the restrictions without a requirement.  I live in NoVA.  90+% are still wearing masks in grocery stores - it is ridiculous.[/quote]
