How about this, we waive the identification registration fees for people who are older than 65 and people who make below twice the poverty level. That way people do not have to skip meals or skip paying rent or utilities in order to register for an identification that would only give them one additional benefit, the ability to execute their Constitutional right to vote.[/quote]
