Kids of all races are.  Its just more outspoken in the black community and more hidden in the white as it happens but not talked about.  I know families who "spank" according to the kids but you talk to the parents and they'd say never.   F[b]or all we know, cops asked the child what his mom/parents may think of it and he said he would get beaten and cops went alone with it.[/b]  We don't know the situation as we weren't there.

Yeah, for sure, he said that his mom would beat him, and then naturally, like normal, functional professionals, they then threatened a very young child with that punishment (illegal when committed by a non-parent) 20 times in less than an hour. Awesome, normal stuff.  [/quote]
