I find it hard to believe 5%+ on the value of your new home wouldn’t be a big deal to most people, but maybe it’s attracting people with more money than sense. This area is not Uber wealthy and it would be a huge concern to most. The real estate market is quite strong now though in this area. I’m shocked how quickly million plus homes are moving. [/quote]
