There are many circumstances of a room with shared bathroom and kitchen for students. It’s the price you pay for short term rentals in beach communities for very cheap. [/quote]

Actually we did. It was a tobacco curing shed on top of a mountain. You had to walk to the main house. It was nice because of the view and sheltered from bugs with AC. It was fun
When I took over temporarily as the booking person the owner told me “ it’s a certain kind of person that wants to walk up a mountain and stay there ... so be sure and tell them it’s a steep climb. Not suitable for non hikers ...” that shed was ALWAYS rented. It was a fun place to stay and so beautiful. [/quote]
