And what exactly did he do to stop Trump?  He opened a secret investigation and forget to tell anyone about until after the election. He had lots of salacious dirt from the Steele memo but he released NONE of it publicly until Buzzfeed published it after the election. He got 17 IC agencies to conclude that Russia interfered in the election but kept them from telling anyone until after the election.

The mere fact that Hillary was under investigation a week before the election helped sink her campaign.  So you are telling me that instead of just leaking to the press to hurt Trump like a normal Washington swampdweller, Strzok developed an illegal plot to, umm... trick(coerce?) Congress into impeaching Trump?

What is your explanation for why there were even talking about an insurance policy?  Why were they discussing whether or not they thought Trump would get elected in McCabe's office?   Why were they even discussing that with McCabe?  Why does that even matter?  If you are going to investigate wrongdoing, investigate it.  Whether he got elected or not should not have had any bearing on the investigation or not.[/quote]
How about because they are human beings and they have opinions?   At worst, they violated the Hatch Act by talking about their political views at work.  No evidence their political views affected their work.  None.
