Second, she is making a general statement that isn't exactly true. The FACTS clearly show that minority kids are at a significant disadvantage when it comes to swimming abilities. A cursory google search will show you many studies that reflect this disparity and again, it is a very real problem that should be addressed systemically. [/quote]
