This happened last year as well since FCV held 6 DA ID sessions before March 1 last year. Loudoun did not even announce they made ECNL until March so by then the girls had moved on. This year FCV held ID Sessions but few outsiders showed up. By few we are talking a handful of players. ECNL clearly has a major impact on keeping the talent going forward. So each year Loudoun ECNL will get stronger starting with the 2007s. Given that Loudoun is better than FCV at the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 age groups it is pretty clear that Loudoun is only going to get better while FCV tries their best to recruit anyone they can get to show up.
