My UVA unqualified kid (4.0 wGPA, 1480/34) is trying to decide between UMD (with $12K) and JMU. For his major, the $60K price difference is probably not worth it (esp. with grad school in the picture) so JMU is likely to be the one unless he gets off a waitlist from his top choice. PPs will be happy to know that he didn't apply to UVA or W&M with his sub-bottom quartile qualifications! [/quote]
