He now works out all the time and has dropped easily 30 lbs. (probably has 20 to go). I routinely encourage him by telling him how hot he's looking. I even agreed to have sex with him more than usual if he does a certain number of workouts per week. :) It seems to be working! Oh and I try to keep up my end of things -- I watch what I eat, buy nice new clothes, etc. I bought some lingerie for Valentine's Day for him.
