I think FCV is counting on their track record with results, wins and college placements.  They don't recruit teams (usually), they recruit players.  It's personal, and it comes through events and relationships outside head to head games.[/quote]

I also do not think that FCV is trying to poach the entire team from any particular club.   They might pursue a handful of players from various clubs and some players will probably pursue them even before formal ID sessions.  FCV's website offers individual player tryouts for those who do not want to wait for their ID sessions.  I would not be surprised if some players got offers much earlier than March.  I think what separates the strongest teams in this area from the rest of the pack is their depth in quality players rather than a particular player with true star quality.  A club can really stack it roster and be dominant without having to bring a team from another club.    [/quote]
