And I'm guessing she and plenty of her colleagues have been on the market for the past few months and will seriously consider leaving if they haven't already made that decision. The inability of either side to come together and try to work things out. I tend to think the Principal is at fault but they're all adults. Agree to disagree, but do it in a civil way, no directive meetings or playing nice in a PTA meeting then taking it out on anyone who wants to speak. [/quote]
