I have been married for 10 years now, we simply decided to wait until we were ready. I think OP is making the right choice and is being smart about it. The key is to understand what happens if things don’t work out. For us, we were totally ok with remaining childless or looking into some assistance options. But rushing into kids before bing ready (for any reason) is a recipe for a disaster.[/quote]
