First of all, erotica comes in all different kinds.  Obviously the highly misogynistic ones are inappropriate.  But there's a ton of erotica written by women- and also, and this is important- with fictional women involved. I.e. you don't have to hire vulnerable, uneducated, impoverished young girls with a history of sexual abuse to act them out.

Secondly plenty of people have a normal, healthy sex drive that does not involve getting turned on by the violence and degradation of others.  If you don't- perhaps you've been watching too much porn. [/quote]
