It might be a bit far out, but the Wheaton Train has a party room and the kids all get a train ride for about $200. The party room is very large and includes two bathrooms (which are also open to the public using the park). Montgomery Parks says that the room accommodates 60 people, so it may be a little tough if you have 50 children + 50 parents, but there's a good possibility a lot of parents will just drop their children off at that age and take siblings to the neighboring playground or carousel. The party gets its own private train ride, and I have never seen my friends pay for tickets above the 20 maximum, but they could always change their policy and charge $18 per set of 10 extra tickets. If it's raining, there's no train ride, so you have to be prepared for that possibility. You have to provide the food, paper products, special decorations, etc., but it's one of the least expensive party ideas in the region for large groups of kids, if it's not too far for you. Here's the website: http://www.montgomeryparks.org/parks-and-trails/wheaton-regional-park/wheaton-miniature-train/
I've rented the Wheaton Train room, there is no way you can put 50 kids in that room. I think you are having a party for actually 70-100 people, depending on how many parents stay. I would say one of the bounce places can probably accommodate you, but you might have to break the party into 2 parties since there is no way a bounce place I've seen can hold 50 kids bouncing at the same time. Usually they have 2 rooms and switch, but the party room will not fit 50 people in the places I've seen, so maybe not a good idea or maybe they have 2 party rooms. I think you need to rent the biggest activity building in Montgomery County Parks and then plan for people to entertain. I don't think you have many choices. There is one activity building in Wheaton which takes 180 people.
