Push for everything you can instead of taking the advice of the expert and realizing you are pretty lucky not to be dividing the house, etc. Karma dictates he takes back the offer and forces the sales of the house. I was amazed at how great the first 5 or 6 replies to this were but DCUM never lets you down.
