Yes, I assure you we are well aware. Fresher in the memory though is Pence's efforts to allow goods, services, jobs to be denied to gay people in Indiana. sorry - But this line is very unclear.

I posted from Gross' segment to show that Hillary is no angel - that she does indeed change b/c she knew that anti-gay views would damage her reputation. You can't deny that.  Perhaps she did evolve? I can't say for certain.  But having been through two Clinton regimes, I can say that both she and her husband were opportunists.

And although I didn't vote for Hillary, I didn't cast my vote for Trump either.  So if you're trying to make a disparaging comment about me based on faulty thinking, you need to eat your words.

Furthermore, you don't know my relationship with gay people.  You have no clue how old I am or how I grew up and who my friends were and are.  But I will say this - that as someone with a very good friend who died from complications due to AIDS (b/c it was a big think in the 80s), you most certainly should eat crow if you intended to label me as a hater.

I know gays who voted for Clinton; I know gays - older gays - who voted for Trump.  Gays are not a monolithic group.  And while this forum loves to throw around Godwin's Law b/c it doesn't require much thinking, there's enough support for the gay community to fight back if any decisions are in the works to strip gays of human rights.

Finally, Trump, who was around for the opening of Studio 54 (if you, PP, even understand that reference), was hobnobbing with the likes of Andy Warhol (to name one) who was openly gay before any gays were "liberated."

History isn't just about bombs and wars, people.  Your presidential candidates also had some interesting pasts that had nothing to do with the economy.  So if you wanted an honest person in the WH, you should have studied how they lived before they got to this point.
