Guilty of what? At this point Abedin or Weiner will be the fall person. There is no EMAIL from Hillary that went to Weiner. Hillary is not responsible if Huma sends confidential emails to a computer shared with another person without security clearance. But then Huma herself may not directly deal with top secret stuff.

This may at worst be damaging to Hillary and elevate the con man to be president, which is sad and tells a lot about the American naivete. [/quote]

What do fall guys do?  They cut deals to avoid prison.  In return they implicate the higher ups (e.g. WJC  and HRC) for the massive pay to play Clinton Inc.  This is no longer just about the emails.  Capone went to jail for tax evasion, not for being a crime boss.  [/quote]
