It seems to me that conservatives are OBSESSED with issues like who can get married and where people go to the bathroom (esp. if they are LGBTQ). They totally want to govern the bedroom, the bathroom, etc. I mean that's why they're passing laws about this crap left and right - and so NPR dutifully reports on these issues -- driven by the right's agenda.
