Yes, MORE WORK:  you cannot just get in the car and go have fun at the orchard, no, you have to produce an itinerary as the best time to go, consult an entomologist to determine when the bugs won't be out, consult weather charts and ouija boards to determine if the weather won't be a hassle.

And then after all that --ALL THAT, there are people like this PP who will give me a dirty look at the orchard because I grabbed the last few apples off the tree and now "Ms Apple Picker USA" has to slog another 1/4 mile through the orchard to go get her some apples, and what is that I see?  Oh, a big ole bug bite on her butt.  She's frowning and huffy because she cannot have the whole orchard to herself and family and she is forcing herself to have a good time. .

Yeah, fun times at the apple orchard, fun times.  I'll take a pass, done it enough times I can find better things to do with my time.

Make sure you check for worms in them apples, wouldn't want you to get bilharzia or something.
