No, don't do this.  In fact, don't let the inlaws know you are uncomfortable.  That will only feed the drama.  Just don't go.  Make other plans and then tell them yo
u have other plans.

Too late. DH already called. He just said we were uncomfortable with the ex being there. He said we understand they can invite whoever they want but if she's there perhaps we could do a lunch on a different day.[/quote]
