Not OP, but I would love to know about recovery and the surgery. Like OP, I am petite but with a big nose that is starting to droop as I get older. It is straight and the bridge is not wide, but it is a bit long (projects too far), wide and droopy now. Doesn't fit the rest of my face which is petite and regular.

PP here.  It depends on your ethnicity (I mentioned earlier).  My Persian friends recovered in about two weeks, total. Nose jobs are big in my community. My white friends seemed to have bruising a little longer, it might have to do with skin pigment. I don't know about recovery for my AA friends, they usually have their nose made less wide.  We usually have a convex nose made straighter (not concave necessarily, but definitely straighter - the bump taken out). You would have to find the kind of doctor who specializes in what you want, specifically. [/quote]
