We called original vet and office mgr. was very defensive initially, said they see tons of animals, are human and make errors on occasion, they did not apologize, but trying to cover their ass. When we asked about the bill, they agreed to waive it but initially they were not going to. I am not a troll (WTF is wrong with you people really?), and quite reliable......DCUM /or the people on it anyway, sure suck sometimes....[/quote]
